Abstract

In order to achieve good results in business and for the company to be successful on the market, a “favorable climate” is necessary both among employees and superiors, as well as in the incentive to invest in human resources management, so that this work is performed by real experts who know that evaluate each candidate in the right way - whether he can contribute enough to the organization in which he works. That is why the process of selection and recruitment represents a very important step in the process of choosing the right candidate. In order to do it the right way and be successful, it is necessary for the manager to know the exact profile of the candidate with all the features and qualities he should have for a certain position. In order for the HR (Human Resource) management of the organization to operate in the right direction, given that the environment of every organization is very competitive, it is necessary that this work is performed by educated people with a vision that will know how to organize the work process in the right way.
