ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY OF PASSENGER TRANSPORTATION ON THE BELGRADE - NOVI SAD RAILWAY

Abstract

The analysis of the quality of passenger transport on the Belgrade - Novi Sad railway includes a thorough examination of various aspects of passenger traffic on this important railway line. The research evaluates the accuracy and reliability of trains, on-time delivery, passenger safety, travel comfort and level of service. Factors that affect passenger satisfaction are also analysed, such as frequent train delays, train hygiene and maintenance, availability of facilities at stations and accessibility of the railway to people with special needs. The aim of the research is to identify shortcomings in the existing passenger transport and propose improvements in order to provide better service and increase the efficiency of rail transport between Belgrade and Novi Sad.
