Abstract

In this paper will be shown railway line Belgrade – Novi Sad after modernization, as well as new traffic organization and technology before and after modernization of railway line. New technology was analysed and its advantages and disadvantages compared to the existing one were analysed. Using the SWOT analysis, the characteristics of the train traffic management system (ETCS level 2) are presented.
