Abstract

Practicum of the authors, university professors Valentin Kuleto, Milena Ilić and Dušan Stojaković, "Project Management, Practicum" published by the University of the Privredna Academy in Novi Sad, Faculty of Contemporary Arts in Belgrade, shows the practical experiences of the authors in the field of project management and the knowledge they have gained using foreign and domestic reference literature and leading standards in the field. The book was designed and implemented as a practical that gathers the experiences of the author, different plans of project teams, project managers, directors, PMP, professionals and academics from this field.
