Abstract

Job satisfaction is related to the performance of employees and the performance of the organization, and is the first assumption to be tested in the work within the organization. The second relates to the importance of organizational design for performance organizations through a direct influence on customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and improving the financial performance of the company. The paper presents certain empirical results on the basis of observations, that have been tested by questionnaire and calculating descriptive index work (shortened version of the questionnaire) through a survey in which took part a reference sample of employees in a business that is conducted primary research (Atera doo Beograd), and dependents of some variables were tested with Chi-square test of independence.
