Abstract

The book by Dušan Stojaković, Milena Ilić and Valentin Kulet, projekt Project Management ″ published by the University of Business Academy in Novi Sad, Faculty of Contemporary Arts in Belgrade, was realized in B5 format on 252 pages in an acceptable volume for adoption by readers. is within two parts and 12 chapters, with 24 figures and two tables. The book is intended for undergraduate students, but also for all those who enter the world of project management professionally. What sets this textbook apart from others is the methodology used to create it. Despite the expected methodological procedure of writing textbooks in this scientific discipline, the authors decided to structure the textbook according to PMBOK functional areas so that the textbook follows the functional areas of project management "for better systematization and understanding of materials": integration management; volume management; time management; cost management; quality management; resource management; communications management; risk management; procurement management; change management and stakeholder management.
